Do you want to return an item?
Duett products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, along with their complete original packaging, labels and any related accessories. The customer will be responsible for proving that the items have been returned so we recommend that they are always sent by a system that certifies delivery for their safety. We will not be liable for loss, delay or misdirected shipment of any product you wish to return to us.
If your return does not comply with the stipulated terms, you will not be entitled to any refund and we will return the Duett products to you with freight collected.
If the recipient of the Duett products is different from the person who made the payment, the money will be refunded to the person who made the payment.
Returned Duett products must be shipped in a single delivery. We reserve the right not to accept Duett products that belong to a single order, returned and delivered at different times. Once we verify that the products you return to us meet all the specifications of the Return Policy, we will send you an email informing you that the return has been accepted.
Exchanges and returns are not allowed in other online shopping stores.

What is the deadline for returning an item?
The deadline for making the return is 15 days, from the date of receipt of the product.
How much does the return cost?
You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product and in no event will we accept returns sent with freight collected. Under no circumstances will we refund your shipping costs.
How will I receive my return amount?
Whatever payment system you use, the refund will be implemented as soon as possible. If the return amount is incorrect, you can write an email to our customer service department at informacion@play.es and we will fix the problem as soon as possible.
What if I receive the wrong or defective product?
If you receive an incorrect order or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible, at the following email address: informacion@play.es, indicating the error or defect together with your personal data. The deadline for making the return is 30 days.
In the event of problems with the packaging, you must notify the courier company at the time of receipt of the order.
We will carefully examine the returned product and will notify you by e-mail within a reasonable time if it is appropriate to return or replace it (if applicable). The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the return or replacement of the non-conforming item is appropriate.
Amounts paid for products that are returned due to a defect or defect, where it actually exists, will be refunded to you in full, including the delivery costs incurred in delivering the item to you and the costs you would have incurred in returning it to us. The return will be made in the same way as it was used to pay for the purchase.
The rights recognised by current legislation are safeguarded.
