Shipments of Duett products are made through Szendex, Envialia or Nit Logistics (International):
- The delivery time is 2 to 7 working days in the Iberian Peninsula.
- Shipping costs: 9 €. For purchases over €60, shipping is free.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have provided in the form, so it is important that you pay attention when filling in the delivery address details. We will not be held responsible in the event of incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

For security reasons, Duett will not ship any orders to PO boxes or military bases, nor will we accept any orders when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and their address.
If you choose PayPal as your payment method, once the order has been placed, it is not allowed to make any type of change to the shipping address, as PayPal requires that the shipment be made to the address registered with them.
MAKE SURE you have the correct address registered on PayPal before making the payment by this means.
Delivery problems
You must notify Duett of cases of non-receipt of orders greater than 10 business days.
If we are unable to deliver, the courier company will contact you again to arrange a new delivery date.
When your order is delivered to you, you must check that everything is in accordance with what you requested. If there is any discrepancy or problem with the order, you must contact Duett via informacion@play.es email, leaving us your personal details and order number and indicating your problem. We will contact you shortly to resolve the issue.
